Commemorative Service for Queen Elizabeth II to be held in St. John's

The provincial government has announced details for a commemorative service celebrating the life of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II on Monday.

The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in St. John's.

After the ceremony, there will be a 21-gun salute on the grounds of the Queen’s Battery.

Members of the public are invited to attend the ceremony but space is limited and parking is very limited.

The service will also be streamed online.
