Bob Buckingham Law has filed a class action lawsuit against Air Canada, Provincial Aerospace and the St. John’s International Airport Authority on behalf of all passengers who were on board Flight 2259.
Air Canada Flight 2259, operated by Provincial Aerospace took off from the St. John’s International Airport on December 28 when the tire on the plane blew.
When the plane landed in Halifax, the missing tire caused an imbalance which resulted in a crash landing and a fire in the left engine.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada continues to investigate.
