City facilities closed for June holiday

Due to the June Holiday on Monday, June 26, most offices and facilities will be closed in the city of St. John's.

The weekly City Council meeting will take place on Tuesday.

Garbage and recycling will still be collected. Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility is open to commercial users only.

Monday is not a Shops Closing Holiday so parking by-laws are still in effect including paid parking regulations.

The Visitor Information Centre will be open, public washrooms will be open at Bannerman Park, Bowring Park, Kenmount Park and Quidi Vidi Lake.

All recreation facilities will be closed.
