Carbonear Volunteer Fire Department receives significant donation

The Carbonear Volunteer Fire Department has been presented with a $12,000 donation from Max and Carol Powell.
The funds received will be used to purchase equipment for the new crew cab truck.
The donation was presented to Fire Chief Trevor Crawford by their grandson and firefighter Max Powell.
