Burn out on Kenmount Road results in vehicle being seized

At about 9:40 p.m. last night, RNC officers on patrol on Kenmount Road witnessed a driver performing a "burn out" in the middle of the road.

Officers conducted a traffic stop, and the 18-year-old driver was issued a ticket for stunting.

His license was suspended and the vehicle was seized.
