Health Sciences Centre briefly issues Code Orange

EARLIER:

There is a collision on the Trans Canada Highway near Irving, just outside St. John's, involving a moose.

The Health Sciences Centre has called a code orange (external disaster).

The RNC, Eastern Health Paramedics, and E4 and R4 from the St. John's Regional Fire Department have responded.
