Bonavista RCMP continues to look for missing man Leonard Dooley, image attached

Bonavista RCMP is continuing to look for 75-year-old Leonard Dooley, who was last seen at approximately 4:00 a.m. on August 6, 2024, walking on Riverstyx Road in Bonavista.

Dooley has grey hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. When he was last seen, he was wearing a green buttoned shirt with the sleeves rolled up and grey pants. Police are concerned for his safety and well-being.

An image of Dooley, which was not initially available, is attached.

Bonavista residents are asked to check for any available surveillance images, including home surveillance and dash cam footage for possible sightings of Dooley, and to report all information to police

The investigation is continuing.

Anyone having information on the current location of Leonard Dooley or who may have seen him since 4:00 a.m. on August 6, is asked to contact Bonavista RCMP at 709-468-7333.
