Body discovered in the ocean near Witless Bay

The RCMP is investigating following the discovery of a body found in the ocean near Witless Bay.

This morning a commercial vessel discovered a body in the ocean.

The body has been recovered and is being transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for further investigation and identification of the deceased.
