Big drops in fuel prices today

Due to recent commodity market developments, the Public Utilities Board has intervened and adjusted maximum fuel prices.

Gasoline motor fuel dropped 6.8 cents per litre. The cost of diesel dropped by 9.5 cents per litre.

Furnace oil heating fuel decreased by 7.81 cents and stove oil heating fuel in Zones 13 and 13a decrease by 8.63 cents per litre.

This pertains to all areas of the province except Zones 10, 11, 11a, 11c, 12 and 14.
