Bay Roberts RCMP warns of possible armed and dangerous suspects

UPDATE:

RCMP have released more details into multiple incidents that occurred last night in the Bay Roberts area.

Police say a vehicle was stolen, there was a collision involving the stolen vehicle, and multiple attempted thefts of, and from, other vehicles.

The last report to police came in at approximately 1:30 a.m.

As of this morning, the suspects remain at large but there is no threat to public safety.

Bay Roberts RCMP responded to several 911 calls overnight pertaining to stolen vehicles and property offences.

Police were searching for multiple suspects believed to be possibly armed and dangerous.

RCMP warned that people should not approach any suspicious persons if spotted and report any suspicious activity by calling 911.
