Bannerman Park Canteen Now Open

The canteen at Bannerman Park has opened following an expression of interest for a temporary tenant.

The contract has been awarded to the Ukrainian National Federation Avalon.

UNF Avalon will operate the canteen until the end of September, offering sweet and savoury snacks, a variety of beverages, and ice cream. The canteen will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In fall 2024, the City plans to issue a Request for Proposals to find a long-term tenant.
