Emergency services were called to the Outer Ring Road East of Allandale Road in the Westbound lane just before 3:00 p.m. on November 25, 2025.
When firefighters with the St. John’s Regional Fire Department arrived on scene one vehicle, which was a sport utility vehicle was blocking both westbound lanes off traffic.
