Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development Paul Pike has announced a call for applications for the 2025-26 Grants to Youth Organizations.

The Provincial Government is investing $276,500 for the Grants to Youth Organizations program, which support youth-serving organizations to create opportunities and promote mentorship, inclusion and well-being of youth in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The program supports projects that encourage skills, knowledge and/or leadership development, support youth in contributing to their community, region and/or province, promote or support partnerships, collaboration, and inclusion, and fill a gap in services.

In 2024-25, a total of 31 youth-serving organizations operating in Newfoundland and Labrador received project funding.

Pike said, “The youth of our province are our future and key to a vibrant, welcoming and inclusive Newfoundland and Labrador. The Grants to Youth Organizations are an excellent way to open up opportunities for youth to build leadership and community engagement. I encourage organizations to learn more about this grant program and to apply by June 6, 2025.”
