Another strike possible at MUN
There could be another strike at MUN.
LUMUN, the Lecturers' Union of Memorial University, represents per-course instructors and postdoctoral fellows.
The union says that Memorial University has repeatedly refused to submit financial proposals to the union.
Alison Coffin said the lack of response from the university is "unacceptable & deeply unfair."
The instructors only make a salary between $5,000 and $5,875. The union has been without an agreement since 2020.
