Airplane crash near Deer Lake under investigation by TSB

RCMP Newfoundland and Labrador is assisting The Transportation Safety Board of Canada in response to an aircraft crash near Deer Lake.

The Trans-Canada Highway remains closed in both directions in the area of the Deer Lake Airport. There is currently no risk to public safety.
