Air Canada Jazz aircraft hits emergency equipment at LaGuardia Airport in New York, pilot and co-pilot killed

An Air Canada Jazz aircraft has been involved in an incident at LaGuardia Airport in New York.
Both the pilot and co-pilot have been killed.
At approximately 11:40 p.m. on Sunday, the aircraft was on Runway 4 at LaGuardia Airport and struck a Port Authority Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting vehicle that was responding to a separate incident.
Emergency response protocols were activated.
The airport was closed to facilitate the response and allow for a thorough investigation.
The aircraft was carrying 72 passengers and four crew and had departed Montreal.
