A wet weekend ahead

It will be yet another unsettled day across the province with drizzle or showers depending on your location.

Things turn more unsettled on Saturday due to an approaching low from the south that will stall over the area resulting in heavy rain that may cause flooding.

Most of Newfoundland could end up seeing 30 to 70 mm of rain. Up to 100 mm is possible along the south coast.
