We can expect a generally quiet night with cooler temperatures settling in after the recent warmth. Skies will vary from clear to partly cloudy across much of the province, although a few areas can expect scattered showers overnight.

In Labrador, overnight lows will range from 12°C in Labrador City to 17°C in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Churchill Falls is expected to dip to 15°C with a chance of showers, while Nain will cool to 14°C with a few showers. Hopedale is forecast to remain mostly clear with a low of 15°C.

Across the Great Northern Peninsula, temperatures will fall to 9°C in St. Anthony, making it one of the coolest spots in the province. Port Saunders is expected to reach 15°C under mainly clear skies.

Western Newfoundland will see pleasant overnight conditions, with 14°C in Corner Brook and 13°C in Grand Falls-Windsor, both under mostly clear skies.

Central Newfoundland will be a little cloudier, with Gander forecast to drop to 13°C under mostly cloudy skies.

Along the south coast, Port aux Basques is expected to reach 13°C with a chance of showers, while Marys Harbour will cool to 8°C, the coldest forecast low in the province overnight, with a risk of a few showers.

On the Avalon Peninsula and in Marystown, lows will dip to 13°C with scattered showers, while St. John's will see a low of 11°C with periods of cloud and a chance of showers.
