47 year old man facing multiple charges after incidents at homes in the capital-city west-end on Friday night

On February 14th, at around 9:30 p.m. Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) along with the RNC Police Dog Services responded to a break and enter in progress at a residence in the west-end of StJohn's.
When officers arrived, information was received that the suspect had fled on foot. While officers were on that scene conducting thier investigation, A second 911 call was received by communications about a another possible break and enter, not far from the first location, reports indicate that once again the suspect had fled the scene on foot. Police responded and started to investigate that incident.
A third incident occurred where the suspect who was believed to be the same individual entered a person’s yard but fled again while attempting to steal items.
Patrol Officers then responded and caught up with the suspect who attempted to run from police before being arrested.
Patrol Officers, along with members of the RNC Criminal Investigation Division successfully charged the 47 year old male with the following:
Break and Enter
Property Damage
Possession of Stolen Property
Possession of Break and enter tools
Resisting arrest
Attempted Break and Enter
Trespassing at Night, 3 Counts
Breach of Court Orders, 3 Counts
He was held in custody for court in the morning.
