4 New COVID-19 Cases Reported Over The Weekend

Over the long weekend, the province reported four new cases of COVID-19.

On Saturday there were three new cases of COVID-19 in the Western Health region. The three new confirmed cases were close contacts of a previous case.

Then on Monday, there was one new case in the Central Health region. It was a male between the ages of 20 and 39. The new confirmed case is travel-related.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the province to 283. The province has nine active cases. 270 people have recovered from the virus.

So far 46,792 people have been tested.
