A 35-year-old male arrested for impaired driving in CBS.


  • On August 2nd 2024 Operational Patrol Services stopped a vehicle they observed speeding on Conception Bay Highway (Rouet 60) in CBS.


  • As result, The 35-year-old male showed signs of impairment of alcohol and was taken in for a breathalyzer test.


  • The male failed the breathalyzer test and was charged with failing a breathalyzer and impaired driving


  • The male will appear in court at a later date.
