24-Year-Old Male Charged with Impaired Driving in St. John's Overnight

September 7, 2024 at 1:50am last night.

Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in the area of Kenmount Road in St. John’s.

Officers located the vehicle in question nearby as well as the driver a short time later.

As a result, a 24 year old male was charged with

Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Operation of a Motor Vehicle over .80.

The male was released to appear in court at a later date. His vehicle was impounded.
