2022 Wood Cutting Permits Available as of January 1

As of January 1 individuals can renew or obtain a Domestic Cutting Permit online via MyGovNL.

The standard permit fee is $25.00 while the fee for individuals 65 years of age and older is $16.25.

The permits can be paid for online. Additionally, users can view maps outlining domestic cutting areas and boundaries, review regulations and access safety information.

Permits can also be acquired in-person at Forest Management Offices throughout the province.
