RCMP Clock Driver Going 175 km/h #nltraffic
The RCMP charged an aggressive driver on Saturday morning.
Police clocked a vehicle travelling at 175 km/h.
The vehicle was impounded and the 50-year-old Nova Scotia driver was charged for excessive speeding.
His license was suspended.
He has been charged with excessive speeding for a first offence face a fine of $520 and four demerit points.
The RCMP is conducting speed enforcement on the Avalon since the State of Emergency was lifted and there is a large influx of travellers to St. John's.
