The Clock is Ticking on Child and Youth Advocate’s Video Contest

On November 20, National Child Day, The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate launched its first ever video contest.

The contest invites young people in the province to get creative and develop a video on young people’s right to be free from discrimination.

Videos can address discrimination overall, or identify specific forms of discrimination.

Any young person under the age of 21 can enter either individually or as part of a group. There will be a prize for the winner(s).

Videos should be a maximum of two minutes in length and will be judged on creativity, originality, and the clarity of your message on this topic.

The deadline is January 31, 2020.
