18-year-old Female Arrested for Arson after Two Fires on Bell Island

An 18-year-old female has been arrested for arson after two fires on Bell Island.

Back on Thursday, the RCMP arrested the female in relation to arson at vacant residences in the community.

The accused appeared in court facing charges of mischief and two counts of arson.

She has been released from custody with a next court appearance in February 2020.

The investigation into both fires is still ongoing.
