Unifor and Dominion will meet with a conciliator on January 8 and 9.

The union and company cannot agree on the terms surrounding jobs.

Dominion is planning to cut full-time jobs and hire more part-time employees according to Unifor.

The union was aiming for the talks with the conciliator prior to Christmas.
