RCMP Investigating Gas Theft in Lewisporte

Last month there was a gas theft at the Orange Store in Lewisporte.

Someone pumped at total of $107.06 worth of diesel and left without paying.

RCMP were able to obtain surveillance video from the business. The vehicle is described as a newer model white dodge truck with a camper in the box. The licence plate was not visible.

Officers patrolled the area but were unable to locate the truck or man. The investigation is continuing. Lewisporte RCMP asks anyone who knows the whereabouts of the vehicle or can identify the man in the stills of the surveillance video to please contact Lewisporte RCMP at 709-535-8637.
