Seamus O'Regan Takes Leave of Absence from Campaign #cdnpoli
Liberal candidate for St. John’s South - Mount Pearl Seamus O'Regan has taken a leave of absence from his campaign.
O'Regan said that this week his family has been by his father’s side as he faces a serious health challenge.
In 2015 O'Regan was elected to the House of Commons and in 2017 he was appointed to Cabinet as the Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence. In January 2019, Seamus became the Minister of Indigenous Services.
