St. John's to Redesign their Website

The City of St. John’s will be seeking the public's input with their plans to redesign their website stjohns.ca.

The website serves as the key communications tool that provides a variety of information about the City of St. John’s to citizens, businesses and visitors.

Feedback gathered through public engagement opportunities supports the need to redevelop the website to ensure it is user-friendly and an effective communications tool.

The website’s design and overall structure are dated, as web platforms and the way the public interacts with them have changed dramatically in the last decade. It will take about two years to complete the project.

There is an online survey, available at engagestjohns.ca. The survey closes on September 13, 2019. There will also be a virtual panel.
