Intoxicated Male Charged in Hit & Run #nltraffic

At 6:30 pm on Saturday RNC responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in the downtown area.

Officers located the vehicle and as a result a 55 year old male was charged with Refusal of the Roadside and Hit and Run.

The male was issued a seven day driving suspension and released to appear in court at a later date.

His vehicle was also seized.
