Provincial Credit Rating Takes a Hit #nlpoli

Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board Tom Osborne discussed the change to the provinces credit rating.

Osborne said that Moody's change to Newfoundland and Labrador’s credit rating does not represent a failure in the deficit reduction plan.

The target is to return to a surplus by 2022.

Minister Osborne said that the plan is ambitious and not easy.
