Car Hits Moose Leaves Scene in Corner Brook


On Wednesday morning RNC received a report of a dead moose found on the Lewin Parkway near the intersection of Cpl. Pinksen Memorial Drive.

Conservation Officers attended the scene and removed the moose.

It was determined during the investigation that the moose had been struck by a vehicle.

Debris left behind at the collision reveals the vehicle responsible was a Honda make vehicle.

RNC in Corner Brook have not yet received a report from the driver of this vehicle.

RNC are continuing to investigate this collision and are asking any witnesses or the driver of the vehicle to report to the RNC in Corner Brook.
