Appeals Court Rules in Galway’s Favour

The Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of Danny Williams.

Galway was in a dispute with the City of St. John’s over the use of an arbitration clause in development agreements.

Williams said he always felt confident in their case and their right to sue, and says today he is pleased.

The city has appealed the ruling to the Court of Appeal.
