St. John's Holding Event for National Health & Fitness Day
The City of St. John's along with community partners Memorial University School of Human Kinetics and Recreation and the NL Kinesiology Association (NLKA), with participation from NLKA members, is recognizing and celebrating National Health & Fitness Day on Saturday, June 1.
The City and partners encourage everyone from children to seniors to get out and get active on National Health and Fitness Day.
