RNC Impound Non-Roadworthy Vehicle

On Wednesday at 6:14 pm RNC in Corner Brook observed a motor vehicle being operated that appeared to be non-roadworthy and a traffic stop was conducted to verify the safety of the vehicle.

As result of a short investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was uninsured and was being operated by a suspended driver.

The driver was issued Summary Offence Tickets under the Highway Traffic Act for operating without an insurance policy in place, Driving with a suspended license, Failing to transfer ownership of the vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with expired registration.

The vehicle was also impounded.
