Corner Brook Woman Arrest on Two Breaches of a Court Order

At about 2:30 pm Corner Brook RNC observed a motor vehicle being operated that contained a male and female who were both known to police from previous interactions.

The officer was aware that the female was bound by a Court Order restricting her from having contact with the male inside the vehicle with her therefore a vehicle stop was conducted.

As a result of the traffic stop and the investigation that ensued, a 40 year old female resident of Corner Brook was arrested and charged with two breaches of a court order for failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior and also for having contact with the male.

She was released to appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
