Happy Valley-Goose Bay Man Charged with Attempted Murder

RCMP in Happy Valley-Goose Bay have charged , 31-year-old Michael Lidd with attempted murder.

Lidd appeared in Provincial Court in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Following his court appearance today he was held in custody and will reappear in court on Tuesday, May 21st.

Bacl on May 10, 2019, Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP received a report of a 29-year-old man recovering in hospital from a knife wound that required immediate medical attention.

Labrador General Investigation Section, along with Forensic Identification Services and Police Dog Services, conducted an extensive investigation into the incident.
