Vehicle Passes Stopped School Bus in Corner Brook #nltraffic

RNC in Corner Brook received a traffic complaint which occurred in the area of O’Connell Drive approximately 3:40 pm Thursday.

This incident involved a vehicle passing a school bus while the bus had its red lights flashing.

Police are investigating.

Under the Highway Traffic Act a vehicle shall not proceed until the school bus resumes motion or he or she is signalled by the driver of the school bus to proceed or the visual signal is no longer activated.
