Close Call on the TCH Near Clarenville

There has been another close call on a highway in the Province.

This time near Clarenville.

The video shows a vehicle attempting to pass another as the passing lane ends.

The passing vehicle pulls into oncoming traffic and speeds up in order to pass a vehicle.

It just makes it back onto the right side of the road, narrowly missing an oncoming pickup truck.

At the time there was rain and water buildup on the road.
