RCMP Impound ATV, Charge Underage Driver & Parents

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP have charged a youth with offences under the Motorized Snow Vehicles and All-Terrain Vehicles Act after witnessing them operating an ATV on the roadway in Bishop's Falls.

The ATV was impounded and a charge laid against the parents for allowing a youth to operate an ATV while underage.

Grand Falls-RCMP would like to remind the public that ATVs are not toys and are not to be operated by youth under 16 years of age or driven on the roadway.
