RCMP Investigate Report of Erratic Driver

Back on September 12 Channel-Port aux Basques RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on the TCH near South Branch.

The driver of the vehicle in question was located by police and a traffic stop was conducted shortly after the incident was reported.

A dashcam video later surfaced showing the same vehicle passing on a solid line, narrowly missing a tractor trailer.

The investigation is ongoing.
