The complaints received by the Commissioner have all been filed under section 36.(1) of the House of Assembly, Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act. Once the investigations are complete and the reports have been written, section 38(1) of the Act requires that the reports be provided only to the Management Commission of the House of Assembly and the Members involved.
In all cases, the reports will be provided to the relevant parties within the statutory timelines.
