Fire Ban Lifted in Corner Brook

Corner Brook has lifted the fire advisory.

It was issued after a spell of dry and hot conditions.

As a result of recent precipitation, mild temperatures, and provincial fire hazard rating of low, the Fire Ban has been lifted.

Small fires are once again allowed without a permit.

Anyone using a fire pit should keep a garden hose nearby.
