Back on June 15th a home in Bear Cove, on the Great Northern Peninsula, was destroyed by fire.
As a result a family is homeless. There were no injuries as the occupants were out of town at the time. All contents in the home were destroyed.
RCMP have not deemed the fire suspicious.
A neighbour, Anne Caines, has organized a fundraiser to support the family.
Donations can be sent via eTransfer to annecaines@hotmail.com.
