10 Year Old Praised for Calling 911

Labrador-Grenfell Health is praising a 10-year-old boy who called 911.

When Cameron Hillier saw that his mom was sick he quickly called 911. He remained calm when he provided the required information to the emergency room nurses until paramedics arrived on scene.

Staff at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital was so impressed with Cameron’s behavior; they presented him with a certificate for his heroism.
