Parks Canada Day on the Hill

Parks Canada is organizing a "Parks Canada Day on the Hill: this event is to celebrate World Environment Day, and helps to promote Parks Canada program and fun and engaging outdoor activities in the national parks and historic sites. This is including the Learn - to - Camp Program and Parks Canada Biobiltz.

These activities encourage a broader diversity of visitors to discover and help connect with parks Canada places, so more Canadians and experience the outdoors and learn more about Canada;s natural and cultural heritage.

The Minister of National Revenue, Diane Lebouthiller will participate in the event. They will be joined by elementary school students, youth from the United Nations Association of Canada and Members of Parliament.

These activities will run from 11:00am to 2:00pm and is available to the general public.
