Break & Entry in Corner Brook

At 3:50 a.m. this morning RNC officers responded to a report that a residence had been broken into.

The person(s) responsible forced entry into a door of a residence while the occupants were at home.

It was reported that no violence was used toward the occupants however, the person(s) responsible left with an undisclosed amount of money from the victim.

The RNC wishes to advise the public that there is no belief of any danger to the public and it appears this is an isolated incident.

An investigation is ongoing.
