North Korea Breaks Off Talks

It seems as though relations between North Korea and South Korea are on thin ice once again.

On Wednesday North Korea said it had no choice but to suspend high-level talks with South Korea.

The North blames it on U.S.-South Korean military exercises.

The next meeting was to focus on plans to implement a declaration to formally end the Korean War.
