Fire In South River Claims Life

A house fire on Tuesday morning in South River has claimed the life of a 55-year-old man.

Around 7:00 am both the Bay Roberts and Bay de Grave fire departments were called to the blaze.

There is no word on the cause of the fire. An investigation is ongoing.
